How long will it take to print and ship?

Print turnaround varies by product. Currently, all of our large format products print Next Day with a 3 p.m. cutoff! Orders that qualify for Free Shipping are shipped via Ground with a 3-5 day transit time in the Continental U.S. 

In a rush? Expedited shipping is available. Order by 3 p.m. with Overnight/Next-Day shipping and you’ll have it in-hand the day after tomorrow! Weekends and Holidays typically add to the turnaround time.

Small format products (coming soon) like business cards, flyers, booklets, etc. have a 2-Day turnaround in addition to shipping/transit times.

Do you print anything else?

We can print almost anything you can imagine. During our soft launch we’re starting with our best-sellers, but if you’re interested in anything else (including small format products) please drop us a line and we’ll generate a quote!

Which payment methods are accepted? Is it secure?

Currently all major credit cards are accepted as well as Apple Pay™, Google Pay™, and Microsoft Pay™. Payments are securely processed through industry leader Stripe™ providing a very secure platform for payments. No credit card data is stored or processed through our server, it’s entirely handled by Stripe’s top level encryption.

Can I pick up my order locally?

While we office in Dallas, we print in facilities around the country. This enables our fast turnaround and low prices. Unfortunately, because of the logistics of our national print network we can’t facilitate local pickups.

What is your return policy?

Because everything is printed with your original artwork, all sales are final. However, if an item arrives physically damaged or with an error, you have seven days from the delivery date to contact us about a replacement. User-generated errors include errors in artwork such as spelling, color, contrast, resolution, outlining, etc. and do not qualify for replacement.

What organizations qualify for a nonprofit discount?

Most organizations that are qualified, registered nonprofits qualify for the permanent discount! This includes charities, schools and education outreaches, religious entities such as churches, ministries, houses of worship, etc, and others. Documentation proving nonprofit status is required. I'm a professional designer working with clients, can I get a referral credit?

Yes! Our background started in design and we want to spread the love. A full-fledged referral program is in the works. In the mean time, please contact us with the form here, include your website/business information and we’ll get you set up.
